Excellence in CNG Manufacturing & Precision Testing

SQT has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for ECU, CNG injectors, fuel rail, CNG pressure regulators, high-pressure and low-pressure fuel filters, FMFD, CNG filling valves, solenoid valves, tubing & fittings, etc. SQT has an in-house end-of-line components testing facility, level for each component, to ensure reliable performance and minimum part-to-part variation.

Our Engine Management System (EMS) software has all the latest industry-standard features and can be customized as per customer requirements.

Advanced SPFI Technology for CNG Fuel Systems

SQT is using the SPFI technology for more than 20 Years in multiple projects and we offer a complete fuel system for CNG application. We have a highly experienced engineering team, capable of achieving the best possible performance, fuel economy, and tailpipe emissions with a single–point injection system.
SQT has complete fuel system components for the SPFI, including CNG mixture unit/Throttle body injection assembly, ECU, low-pressure filters, electronic throttle body, ignition coils, pressure & temperature sensors, oxygen (lambda) sensors, etc. We also offer chassis-level CNG components such as CNG high-pressure regulators, high-pressure filters, Filling Module & Filtration Delivery (FMFD), NGV filling valves, NZS filling valves, solenoid valves, tubing & fittings, etc.

Limitations of SPFI Technology

  • Poor vehicle pick-up or delayed response as fuel injection is far from the combustion chamber.
  • Poor air-fuel ratio control during transient operation.
  • Higher engine out emissions.
  • Longer cranking duration.
  • High tendency for backfire.

MPFI Technology

Multi-Point fuel injection system (MPFI), also known as Port Fuel Injection (PFI) or SGI (Sequential Gas Injection). It is the advanced and majorly used technology in CNG engines across applications such as passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, medium & heavy commercial vehicles. In MPFI, the fuel is injected into the intake port of the engine cylinder.
